Surge fit

Surge Fit is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. HIIT is a form of exercise that includes high intensity bursts of exercise, followed by a short recovery period. Surge is a multimodal form of HIIT that combines both strength training and cardio, yielding great results in cardiorespiratory fitness, strength, and calories burned.

A lower impact workout, HIGH Low is the sister format to our flagship HIGH. Offering impact progressions for every move, HIGH Low is a steady state cardio workout tailored to the individual, by the individual. Highly adaptable to all fitness levels, this lower impact format focuses on the steady state (or aerobic) training zone – the heart rate remains in a manageable yet constant and challenging, aerobic state for the majority of the class. Lower impact leads to less joint discomfort while still yielding those important mental health benefits and improving overall fitness and cardiovascular health. Upbeat Barre

UpBeat Barre combines strength training, Pilates, cardio, and yoga into a high-energy fusion of fun. UPB rocks popular tunes for an intense and accessible muscular-endurance workout. 

Cardio Fuse

Cardio Fuse blends elements of aerobics, kickboxing, plyometrics, and resistance training, and core work for a full body workout. Using a mini loop band, you will ignite the arms with the legs in toning tracks and spike your heart rate in the cardio tracks. Fuse Finishers will work the core and the legs one last time to end each class. The music will push you to new limits in Fuse!
